• We strive to dispatch orders within 7 business days from the order date of physical good. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping may be restricted in certain regions due to regulatory limitations or logistical challenges.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Items

International Shipping

Changes and Cancellations

• You may change or cancel your pre-booking order anytime before delivery of goods, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days subject to our Cancellation Policy.
• Physical goods orders are eligible for cancellations, only in case when our internal product quality check fails or before the dispatch of product. The physical goods order is non-cancellable after dispatch from our fulfilment centre.
