GreenPista Returns, Refunds & Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Returns, Refunds, and Exchange/Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are managed for purchases made through the GreenPista platform — accessible via www.GreenPista.com or through our official mobile applications (Android, iOS, and other operating systems) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

Please Note:

- This Policy applies to select products sold by independent sellers on the GreenPista platform.

- Eligibility for return, refund, or exchange is solely determined by GreenPista and may vary by product.

- Once a physical order has been placed and the seller ships the item to the GreenPista office for authentication, quality checks, or verification, the order will be treated as final and non-refundable.

- Orders become non-refundable 1 hour after placement, even in cases of incorrect date entry or serial number mismatch submitted by the buyer.

- Upon order confirmation, the seller system is automatically activated via call, email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications. Orders are typically shipped by sellers on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis.

Digital Products & Services

- In certain cases, specific digital products or services may be adjusted or reused within the app, depending on the nature of the service and its consumption status.

- Eligibility for any adjustment or reuse will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase and is subject to GreenPista’s sole discretion.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund for most items purchased from sellers listed on the GreenPista Platform, within the return/exchange window specified on the respective product detail page.

Please note:

- Products clearly marked as “Not Returnable” or “Not Replaceable after [post seller shipment status] days” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange beyond the mentioned timeline.

- Return/refund eligibility is governed by both the product-specific terms provided in the description and the broader conditions outlined in this Policy.

- In cases where you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or exchange, subject to notifying us within the stipulated period mentioned on the product page.

- All return/refund claims are subject to verification and approval by GreenPista.

Return Options

GreenPista offers two distinct return options for select products, based on the nature of the item and seller-specific policies:

- All Return Option

- Wrong/Defective Item Return Option

If a product does not explicitly mention either of these return options, the default return policy stated on the product detail page will apply.

1. All Return Option

For select eligible products, users may choose the All Return Option by paying a premium fee added to the product cost. This option allows customers to return the product for any reason, including personal preference, subject to the seller's return/exchange policy and within the applicable return period.

2. Wrong/Defective Item Return Option

This option applies when a product is delivered in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition or not able to locate or discover item. Customers can initiate a return under this category provided the item qualifies for return/exchange as per the seller’s terms.

The availability of either return option is determined by the seller and product type, and will be clearly indicated on the product detail page. GreenPista reserves the right to validate claims before processing any return.

Return Costs:

- With the All Return Option: Return is free for any reason.

- With the Wrong/Defect Item Return Option: Return is free if the fault lies with the seller or supplier. Eligible return reasons are outlined in the Policy.

Returning Items:

To initiate a return:

a. Visit 'My Orders' on the Platform or email [email protected]

b. Create a 'request reason' and follow the instructions

c. A Return ID will be generated upon request

d. For multiple items in one order, return requests can be raised individually

e. GreenPista will review and process the return at its discretion

f. If pickup is scheduled, ensure readiness for the delivery partner

g. Product must be in original packaging with tags/warranty cards intact

h. Quality check may be conducted at pickup

i. If product fails return guidelines, it will be re-shipped at buyer’s cost

Exchanging Items:

Eligible products may be exchanged as per the applicable return options. Exchange requests must be raised within the exchange period specified on the product page.

- Price differences (if any) will be settled at the time of exchange.

- Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Exchange Process:

a. If eligible, raise an exchange request from 'My Orders' or email [email protected]

b. Follow instructions and generate Exchange ID

c. Prepare original product for pickup

d. Exchanged item will be delivered once original is returned

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

Ensure the item:

a. Is in original condition with packaging, invoice, warranty cards, etc.

b. Has not been damaged while in buyer’s possession

c. Is unused, unwashed, and untampered

d. Matches the originally delivered product

e. Is returned within the allowed window

f. Complies with product-specific return conditions

14. Fees and Charges

This section outlines various fees and charges applicable to GreenPista users:

14.a. Service Fees

Applicable for premium features:

- Expedited delivery, priority support, advanced analytics

- Special features, reports, platform fee, surge charges, KYC verification, onboarding fees

- Charges vary by feature and duration (daily, monthly, etc.)

14.b. Product Fees

Charged for purchasing:

- Merchandise, digital collectibles, subscriptions

- Clearly shown at purchase with any offers/discounts

14.c. Listing Fees / Selling Fee

Charged for listing products/services:

- Varies by type, quantity, and listing duration

- Subject to periodic revision by GreenPista

14.d. Subscription Fees

Applicable to premium plans:

- Varies by plan type and duration (daily, bi-monthly, monthly, annually)

- Charged in advance with clear terms

14.e. Digital Discovery Fees / Finder’s Fee

Charged for enhanced digital discovery services:

- Matching currency notes by date (e.g., DOB, Anniversary)

- Notifications when specific serial/date is found

- Includes discovery curation, real images

Terms:

- Non-refundable, but may be adjusted in certain physical purchases

- Covers platform, search, and tech costs

- Fee disclosed upfront

14.f. Exclusive Package Plans & Discounts

- Bundled offers or curated discounts with clearly communicated terms

14.g. Pre-Booking Fees

- To reserve high-demand items

- Adjusted against final amount on confirmation

14.h. Final Booking Fees

- Charged at time of confirmation

- Varies by product/service type

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment source after deduction of return costs (if any). Offers or discounts used will be forfeited. Timelines:

Amendments to the Policy:

GreenPista reserves the right to modify, change, or remove any part of this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to check the Policy periodically.
