Buyer / User / Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing or reserving a product or service through the GreenPista Platform.
Seller: Any verified individual or entity listing products or services on the GreenPista Platform.
Physical Product: Any tangible note or collectible delivered to the buyer after authentication.
Digital Product / Service: Any intangible service such as Discovery Fee, Finder’s Fee, Listing Pack, Subscription, Certificate or Digital Collectible.
Platform: GreenPista’s official website (www.greenpista.com) and mobile applications (Android, iOS or other OS).
This Policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds for purchases made through the GreenPista Platform.
It is framed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
GreenPista reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
The Policy applies to select products and services listed by independent sellers on the Platform. Eligibility for a return or refund is determined solely by GreenPista after verification and quality checks.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi-NCR, India.
Buyers or sellers may request a return, replacement or refund for eligible physical or digital items within the return window displayed on the product page.
Requests must be emailed to [email protected] with order details and a valid reason. Requests beyond the timeline or without supporting proof may be rejected.
Each request is processed in accordance with the following laws:
Information Technology Act, 2000 (contracts and electronic records).
Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (buyer rights for defective goods or deficient services).
Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, specifically Rules 4(10), 5(3) and 6(3).
A return or refund may be approved only if:
• The item qualifies under its product-specific policy.
• The item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging, or the service remains unused.
• The claim passes GreenPista’s verification and quality-check process.
Once the seller ships the item to GreenPista for authentication or quality check, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund Windows:
Within 4 hours of order placement – 100% refund (no deduction).
After 4 hours and up to 24 hours – 80% refund (20% deduction).
After 24 hours and up to 48 hours – 60% refund (40% deduction).
After 48 hours – Cancellation not allowed.
Buyers may request cancellation within the applicable window by emailing [email protected] with complete order details and the reason for cancellation.
Once a cancellation is approved, the seller system is automatically activated through call, email, SMS and WhatsApp.
All items are dispatched on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis or through best-practice methods to maintain fairness.
Why this rule exists: It protects both buyers and sellers from fraudulent cancellations once a note is locked for authentication, ensuring seller confidence and smooth marketplace operations.
Users may reserve a note by paying a nominal booking fee.
The reservation is valid until the booked (date/month) and for a maximum of 12 months.
Full payment must be completed before shipment from the GreenPista office.
Failure to complete payment before dispatch will result in forfeiture of the booking fee as penalty.
The fee is non-refundable after expiry of the reservation period.
Digital products or services (e.g., Discovery Fee, Finder’s Fee, Listing Packs, Subscriptions, Certificates or Digital Collectibles) are non-tangible, non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Users should review details and pricing before payment.
Delivery is electronic via account, email or dashboard.
Technical access issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase to [email protected]; GreenPista will verify and restore access if valid.
GreenPista is not liable for user errors, wrong details or expired access.
The Digital Discovery Fee covers platform search, verification and discovery technology and is strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are not permitted once a digital service has been used in full or in part.
Any post-delivery issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Buyers must provide clear unboxing video evidence showing outer packaging, seal, product label and serial number.
If adequate evidence is not submitted, the claim may be rejected.
GreenPista may share its own dispatch-time records (photos/videos) to resolve disputes.
All claims are reviewed by the Quality & Compliance Team, and decisions are final.
If a seller ships a currency note that does not match the exact serial number confirmed in the order, the seller will be fully responsible for the error.
Refund Obligation: The buyer’s full advance payment plus logistics cost must be refunded to the Company within 7 working days to the Company bank account only.
Logistics Cost: The seller will bear the entire logistics cost for wrong delivery, including all forward and return courier charges.
Legal Liability: If the note is counterfeit or suspected counterfeit, the seller may face legal consequences under Sections 179 and 180 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Platform Action: The seller’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Separate requests must be raised for multiple items.
GreenPista reviews and approves eligible returns.
If pickup is scheduled, keep the item ready with invoice and packaging.
Quality check may be done at pickup or on receipt.
If the item fails return guidelines, it will be re-shipped at buyer’s cost.
If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be required to pay the re-shipping charges.
If the RTO occurs due to an error on the part of GreenPista or its logistics partners, GreenPista will bear the complete cost of re-shipping and re-delivery.
Service Fees: Premium features.
Product / Logistics Fees.
Listing / Selling Fees.
Subscription Fees.
Digital Discovery / Finder’s Fee.
Pre-Booking / Final Booking Fees.
Refund Mode: Electronic transfer only.
Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI: Within 14 days.
Cash on Delivery (Refund to Bank): Within 14 days.
Incorrect bank details: One retry after correction.
Offers or discounts are forfeited upon refund.
Liability Limit: Restricted to transaction value.
Repeated or malicious claims may lead to suspension or termination as per IT Rules, 2021.
GreenPista may update this Policy without prior notice.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi-NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
