Revised Returns, Refunds, and Exchange/Cancellation Policy

The Returns, Refunds, and Exchange/Cancellation Policy, herein referred to as the "Policy," is provided by various sellers listed on the 'GreenPista' website, accessible at www.GreenPista.com or the mobile application under the brand name "GreenPista" (collectively referred to as the "Platform") concerning specific products. This Policy enables you to return, exchange, or request a refund for items purchased on the Platform, subject to certain conditions and restrictions, as outlined below. The eligibility of products for return, exchange, or refund is determined by GreenPista.

Eligible Returns:

You can request returns for most items purchased from sellers and suppliers listed on the Platform, within the specified return/exchange period as indicated on the product details page. Please note that some products explicitly marked as 'not returnable' on the product detail page cannot be returned. Return eligibility is subject to the conditions mentioned in the product description and within this Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may be eligible for an exchange, as specified in the product description.

Return Options:

Certain products on GreenPista may have two return options: (a) Wrong/Defective item return option, and (b) all return option. If a product does not have these specific return options, the return policy available for that product, as indicated on the product description page, will apply. The choice of return option depends on the type of product and its conditions.

Wrong/Defect Item Return Option and All Return Option:

All Return Option: For a premium fee on the product cost, users may enjoy the privilege of returning products for various reasons, subject to the seller's return/exchange policy.

Wrong/Defect Item Return Option: If you opt for this option, you can return a product if it is eligible for return/exchange due to defects, damage, wrong product, or other seller-related issues, as per the seller's policy.

Return Costs:

The cost of returning a product depends on your chosen return option. With the All Return Option, you can return the product for any reason free of charge. With the Wrong/Defect return option, you can return the product free of cost if the fault lies with the supplier. Eligible return reasons and conditions for a free return are outlined in the Policy.

Returning Items:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

a. Visit the 'My Orders' section on the Platform or email us info [at]greenpista.com

b. Create a 'return request' and follow the provided instructions.

c. A Return ID will be generated upon raising the request.

d. If you ordered multiple products in one order, you can raise return requests for individual items.

e. GreenPista will review the return request and process it at its discretion.

f. If you schedule a product pick-up, ensure that it is ready for collection by delivery partners.

g. Keep the product in its original packaging with all tags intact, including warranty cards.

h. During pick-up, a quality check may be conducted by the delivery agent.

i. The return will be initiated if the product meets the specified return guidelines, otherwise, it will be re-shipped at your cost.

Exchanging Items:

Eligible products can be exchanged subject to the return options outlined earlier. Exchange requests must be made within the specified exchange period, as indicated on the product detail page. You may need to pay the price difference if the new product costs more, and you will receive a refund if it costs less. Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.

Exchange Process:

To exchange a product, follow these steps:

a. If the product is eligible for exchange, access the option in the 'My Orders' section or contact [email protected].

b. Create an 'exchange request' and follow the provided instructions.

c. Exchange ID will be generated upon request.

d. Prepare the product for exchange, keeping it in its original packaging.

e. Hand over the original product to the delivery agent, and the exchanged product will be delivered separately.

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

Before creating a return or exchange request, ensure that the product:

a. Is in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.

b. Has not been damaged while in your possession.

c. Is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without stains or tampered quality check seals.

d. Is the same product as delivered to you.

e. Is returned within the specified return window as per the product detail page.

f. Complies with any additional conditions provided in the product details.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment after deducting return costs (if applicable) upon receiving the returned product. Any offers, promotions, or discounts applied to the product will be forfeited upon return. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method, as specified in the Policy.
